Ultrasonic testing is a non-destructive method for testing the structure of a steel or alloy vessel. It grants comparable figures at given locations. The results give an insight into the vessels condition at that time and with a 5 yearly test cycle, we can produce analysis on previous results.

We carry out ultrasonic thickness survey measurements using the latest manufactured instruments capable of testing materials accurately and giving reliable results.

Our surveyors are authorised to carry out Ultrasonic Testing, they have received professional training.

We issue an industry standard Hull plating Condition Certificate in a digital format which meets the requirements of Insurance companies, UK MCA code inspections.
